For the production of insulating glass with thermoplastic spacers we use our IG-LIFTER featuring a support device. The first pane is held by the vacuum cups, while the rear pane is supported mechanically. Due to this mechanical support, the insulating glass can be removed from the machine immediately after completion, without any need for curing.
